Oh 115am now...

I cycled from 10am to 2.30pm, to buy stuff with cy and aaron, to help cy bring his bike to repair shop, and before all that, for leisure cycling deep into Upper Pierce Reservoir.

Breaks were few, no less than 30mins each time.

A quick count : if we had travelled an average speed of 10 km/h(normally we cycle at 20+km/h), then we wuld have travelled 10 x 4.5 = 45km .

I may be tired, but i at least - CY will be most happy. He was complaining of too much fast-food, and wanted to get rid of some fats. That trip probably burned away 10 burgers or sumthing.
