I really don't understand why so many peeps choose to believe in the "NIE letter". Regardless of whether its true or just a rumour, pls get a grip. People would rather spent their time worrying than filling their stomachs.

So what? I laugh at those who are frantically asking around "did you receive the NIE letter?"

Still, I'd be happy if the "rumour" is true cos its 14-20 ppl who receive it. If you are the positive type that believe that at least you are eligible for a JC, good for you. Pls don't be one of those mindless and gullible people that go nuts about this simple stuff manz.

Its not worth it.
