yesterday was my last day at HSBC dohby ghaut...it was so sudden that we were relocated to winsland hse at somerset. i was sad. although colleague is only one mth but we spent 12 hrs a day together...and it seem that we've known each other for some time.

today is my first day at winsland house. fortunately there's still xm and shawn. jenn promised us a small pay increment and told us to help the other 6 newcomers, of which 5 of them are male. shawn said, no girls ard no motivation. i said, am i already in NS? o.O

i do not like the new environment. its an open office space rather than a room to our own during our time in dohby. we all did filing...some hsbc insurance documents. i did very quickly, not for the raise nor the praise...but cos i wanted time to pass faster. i believed that if you sit there and do slowly and whine about it, (which some of the newcomers did) i assure you, it will be torturous. time will be a turtle...

speeding and focusing on the job can be very significant. i did so fast that jenn was in disbelief was i was halfway through my 3rd box while others juz started their 2nd. productivity can vary greatly in the workplace despite of education levels, and thus labour force is far from being homogenous...(its possible to double other's productivity)

of cos in doing so i hurt my fingers esp when handling the rubber bands...that i have to check every few 10mins whether i cut my fingers (paper cuts too)

my new working hours is 8am to 9pm, sometimes 10pm.
